We had an excellent reception upon arrival, with a very nice and proactive staff. The room service was available 24/7, and the housekeeping maintained the room in top-notch condition. We especially enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool and the amenities provided in the room, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe. The beautiful garden area with comfortable furniture added to the overall luxurious experience.

It was clean and perfect for cooling off from the hot weather. the parking area was convenient, and we did not have any difficulty finding a place for our car. the location was also a plus, near many restaurants and shopping centers.

The experience was quite negative overall. the staff was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome.
